Q: Do you offer a health guarantee?

A: We commit to health of our puppies. Our puppies come with a one year health guarantee. Depending on the complexity of issues relating to your puppy’s health, we will cooperate with you in the unlikely event that something is wrong with your pup.

Q: What is the best food for my puppy?

A: Different breeds have specific dietary requirements, but in general, you can’t go wrong with high quality, minimally processed dog foods.

Q: How often do I need to feed my puppy?

A: Toy-breed puppies will need 4 to 6 meals per day for the first three months of their lives. Medium-breed puppies will require three meals per day, and large-breed puppies typically need 3 to 4 meals per day.

Q: What if my puppy doesn't feel well or allergic to something.

A: When in doubt, always consult your vet. Have regular visits and keep up with vaccinations.

Q: I decided I don’t want a dog. Can I get a refund? 

A: Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds if you decide you don’t want your puppy. We ask that you please find it a nice home when you part ways!
